1 pkg graham crackers
2 - 3 oz. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
3 c. milk
8 oz. cool whip

Directions:
Directions:
Line 9x13 pan with whole graham crackers (including sides of pan).Mix with milk. Stir in cool whip. Spread over crackers. Top with another layer of crackers.
Mix frosting together: powdered sugar, cocoa, milk & margarine. Frost graham cracker top. Place in refrigerator overnight. Can be made 2 days ahead.
