Ingredients:  
3 C flour, 2 C sugar, 1/2 C powdered cocoa, 1 t salt, 2 t baking soda, 3/4 C oil,1 t vanilla, 2 t vinegar, 2 C warm water.

Directions:
Directions:
In an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan, thouroughly mix together the flour, sugar, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Make 3 wells. Evenly pour into the wells the oil, vanilla and vinegar. Pour the water over the entire pan and stir together. Bake at 350 for 30-40 min.
