4 green onions, sliced ½ c. chopped celery ½ c chopped green pepper 2 Tbsp butter 1 clove garlic chopped fine 1 can 16 oz. tomatoes 1 tsp. dried parsley ¼ tsp cayenne pepper 1 pkg 10 oz shrimp thawed or fresh
Cook all vegetables in butter for 3 minutes or until onion is transparent. Stir in other ingredients and heat through. Serve over prepared rice.
