1 can black-eye peas/drained and rinsed
1 red pepper, diced
1 green pepper, diced
6 green onions, diced
1 sm. sweet onion, diced
3 oz. jar diced pimentos
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. cilantro
1/2 c. chopped fresh parsley
8 oz. fat free Italian dressing

Directions:

Combine all ingredients and pour into the cereal bowl. Refrigerate at least two hours to mix flavor. Serve with tortilla chips.
