1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. flour
2 1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. cooking oil
3 eggs
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. grated carrots
1-2 c. nuts
1 sm. can crushed pineapple

Icing:
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together. Bake 325 for 1 hour. Mix icing ingredients well. Top cake with icing.
