2/3 cup butter (1 7 1/3 sticks)
1 & 1/2 cup sugar + 1/8 cup extra
2 cups plain flour
1 t. soda
2 egg yolks, beaten
2 T. buttermilk
3 bananas, mashed
2 egg whites, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together butter & sugar. Add egg yolk. Add alternately the flour & buttermilk. Add bananas & beat well. Fold in egg whites. Bake in loaf pan or bundt pan for about 1 hour @ 325.
