2 cups diced cooked chicken beasts
3/4 cup shredded American cheese
1/2 cup diced celery
1/2 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 t. paprika
1/2 t. salt
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 baked pie shell
1/2 cup heavy cream

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, cheese, celery, pineapple, nuts, paprika, salt & 1/2 cup of mayonnaise. Turn into cooled pie shell. Whip the cream until thick & stiff & fold in the remaining mayonnaise. Spread over salad in pie shell. Garnish with shredded cheese & chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

You may also use whipped cream topping or sour cream to mix with the mayonnaise.
