3/4 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup honey
1 egg
2 cups flour
3/4 t. baking soda
1/2 t. baking powder
1 cup chopped cashews
cashew halves

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. In large mixing bowl, combine butter, brown sugar, honey 7 egg. Beat at medium speed for 1-2 minutes until well mixed. Reduce speed to low & add flour, baking soda & baking powder. Continue beating for 1-2 minutes & stir in chopped cashews by hand. Drop dough by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheet. top each cookie with a cashew half. Bake @ 375 for 6 - 9 minutes or until cookies are golden brown.
