1 1/2 c shredded pepper jack cheese 1 c shredded sharp cheddar cheese 2 0 3 oz packages cream cheese softened 1 T lime juice 1/2 t onion powder 1/4 c sliced ripe olives 1/4 c chopped fresh cilantro 3/4 c nacho tortilla chips crushed
Mix all ingredients except the tortilla chips - chill 30 minutes
Form into ball and roll in tortilla chips. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.
