4 qt popped corn (use hot air popper)

Caramel mixture:
1 stick margarine
1 c brown sugar
1/2 c light karo syrup
1/4 t cream of tartar
1/2 t soda
1/2 t salt
1/8 t vanilla

Put above ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes

Pour caramel mixture over popcorn. Spread out on cookie sheet - cook for 1 hour at 250

Stir every 15 minutes.
