1 pound hot sausage cooked, cooled, and crumbled 2 8 oz. pkgs. cream cheese 1 C chopped green olives with pimento 6 TBL grated Parmesan cheese 1 TBL chili powder
Soften cream cheese and add sausage and green olive. Mix well and form into 2 even balls. Mix Parmesan cheese and chili powder together. Roll each ball until covered in cheese and chili powder mixture. Serve with crackers and enjoy.
