2 c. brown sugar (or 1 box)
1 c. light Karo syrup
1/2 c. (1 cube) butter
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place brown sugar and Karo syrup in pan and melt. Let boil for 2 minutes. Remove from heat and add the butter, milk, and vanilla. Pour over popcorn.
