1 lb Velveeta cheese
8 oz Sharp Cheddar cheese - grated
1 large jar diced pimento
3 T Jalepeno peppers - chopped
1 tsp dry mustard
1/2 c Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Beat Velveeta cheese until smooth - add pimento with juice, peppers, dry ustard and Miracle Whip. Mix well - then add cheddar cheese.
