2 T yeast
4 C warm water
1/2 C sugar
1-1/2 C melted butter
2 eggs
8 C self rising flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve the yeast in the warm water. Add remaining ingredients & mix well. Grease muffin tins & fill 2/3 full. Using an ice cream scoop makes the filling easier. Allow to rise in a warm place for 1 hr. Bake at 400 for 15 minutes.
