2 c water
1 c medium grain white rice
1 cinnamon stick
1 can (12 oz) carnation evaporated milk
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c raising
1 1/2 t vanilla extract
1/4 t salt
2 large eggs beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Place water, rice and cinnamon in small saucepan - bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low - cover and cook 12 to 15 minutes - until liquid is absorbed. Remove cinnamon stick. Stir in milks, raisins, vanilla and salt - bring to a boil. Slowly pour in eggs and whisk - bring to a boil. Cook stirring constantly 2 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. Sprinkle with cinnamon
