1 package Spice Cake Mix
2 medium apples finely chopped
1 can Eagle Brand Milk
1 8 oz container Sour Cream
1/4 c lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350
Prepare cake mix as package directs. Stir in apples. Pour into 13 X 9 baking dish. Cook until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean.

Im medium bowl combine milk, sour cream and lemon juice.

Remove cake from oven - spread cream mixture over top - return to oven - bake 10 minutes longer or until set. Sprinkle with cinnamon - Cool - refrigerate leftovers.
