2 cucumber 1 sweet onion 1/2 c sour cream 1/2 c half & half 1 T sugar 6-7 t white vinegar pinch of salt fresh ground pepper to taste
Slice cucumbers into thin slices - do not peel. Slice onion thinly and separate into rings. Add to cucumbers. Blend dressing ingredients and pour over cucumber mixture - toss to coat. cover and refrigerate several hours before serving
