1 medium cauliflower
2 c chopped ham
3 oz sliced mushrooms
4 T butter
1/3 c flour
1 c milk
1 c sharp cheese
1/2 c sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Separate cauliflower into pieces and cook until just tender. Melt butter - add flour - milk - stir until thickened. Add cheese and let melt. Stir in sour cream - season sauce with salt and pepper. Pour sauce over other ingredients and pour into casserole dish. top with bread crumbs. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes
