1. In processor, mix 1 1/2 c. flour. Mix in 1/2 tsp. salt. Add 2
2. Add lukewarm water, 1 tbsp at a time until mixture makes a
ball. Processor is on, obviously. Process 12 - 15 cycles
3. Remove from work bowl onto floured surface. Knead until
smooth, adding flour if necessary.
4. Gather into a nice round mass, put in bowl, cover with
cloth, and let rest at room temperature for as much as 2
hours (as little as 1/2 hour).
5. Put through pasta machine according to directions.
