1 stick butter
1/2 - 1 lb ricotta cheese
1 pt heavy cream
chopped parsley
hot pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 cp grated Parmesan cheese
1-2 quarts of marinara sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt stick of b utter in sauce pan big enough to hold all ingredients. Add ricotta cheese mixing well. Add heavy cream. Add parsley, hot pepper flakes and Parmesan cheese. Slowly add marinara sauce till sauce is a nice pink color. May be thinned a little more with milk if necessary. Pour over 1 lb of rigatoni.
