6 toes garlic
3-4 anchovies
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
dash or two of Tabasco
dash or two of Worcestershire sauce
1/2 lemon juice
1 egg yolk
1/3 cp. olive oil
croutons
grated Parmesan cheese
1 had of romaine lettuce

Directions:
Directions:
Mash garlic & anchovies in large wooden salad bowl.
add dry mustard, tobasco, Worcestershire, lemon juice & egg yolk and mix with fork or sturdy whisk.
Slowly add olive oil while mixing until a thick creamy texture. May not need all the oil.
ad torn lettuce leaves and toss.
sprinkle with croutons and Parmesan cheese.
