2 small lime jello pkgs or 1 lime pkg & 1 lemon pkg 1 c plain yogurt or sour cream 1/3 c mayo or miracle whip 1/4 c white vinegar 1-1.5 c peeled, seeded & grated cucumber ( 1-2 cucumbers depending on size)
Mix all the ingredients together in a small casserole dish that you would serve something in. Put in refrigerator to set at least an hour before serving or the day before. Garnish with cucumber slices.
