13.5 oz. Cooked Chicken Breast (diced)
10 oz. Chopped Frozen Broccoli (rinsed & drained)
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese (I used Sargento reduced fat)
1 1/2 c. Hood Skim Milk (green carton)
3 eggs (large)
3/4 c. Carbquik
1 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
In a glass 13 x 9 baking dish sprayed with Pam, layer chicken, broccoli & cheese.
In a seperate bowl beat for 1 min. on medium speed, eggs, milk, CQ and pepper.
Pour liquid over chicken.
Bake at 400F for 45 minutes.
