4 1/2 lb. chuck steak (1 inch thick)
1 tsp grated lemon peel
2/3 cup lemon juice
1/3 cup canola oil
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
2 green onions, sliced

Score fat edges, place in shallow baking dish. Combine rest of ingredients and pour over meat. Refrigerate, let stand 3 hours. Remove marinade. Wipe dry. Broil 12-15 minutes per side.
