1 T Dijon mustard
1/2 c mayo
1/3 c honey
2 t Worcestershire sauce
1 egg
2 T milk
3 c cornflakes
1 lb boneless skinless chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 4 ingredients well, set aside in refrigerator. Combine egg and milk in small bowl. Crush corn flakes in large zip lock bag. Dip chicken in egg mixture then shake in bag to coat with cornflakes. Bake on greased cookie sheet at 400 for 15-20 min. Pour sauce on chicken prior to serving.
