1 bag California Blend (cauliflower, broccoli & carrot)
1 small brick Velveeta Cheese, cubed
1 cello of Ritz Crackers, crumbled
3 Tbsp butter, melted
(Divide all in thirds)

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw vegetable medley and place 1/3 in glass cooking dish. Add 1/3 of cheese, crackers and 1 Tbsp melted butter. Repeat two more times. Cover and bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until all cheese has melted and veggies are hot. Take off cover and cook 5 minutes to toast top.
