1 lb. chicken breast, cubed
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 Tbsp. olive oil
tsp. garlic powder
tsp. ground coriander
tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
c. green onions, chopped
White rice

Directions:
Directions:
Add chicken pieces, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, coriander and crushed red pepper flakes to a resealable plastic bag and let it marinate for 30 minutes. Stir fry chicken until chicken is no longer pink, then add green onions for a few minutes. Serve with rice!
