1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can tomato soup
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
1 t. salt
t. dried oregano
t. pepper
1/3 c. water
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. wide noodles, cooked & drained
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Brown beef, onion, and green pepper; drain off fat. Stir in next nine ingredients. Spoon into greased 3 qt. casserole dish top with cheese. Cover and bake @ 350 for 45 minutes.
