1 Whole Chicken (boiled and cut into small pieces)
1 pkg sliced mushrooms
1 bunch green onions (chopped)
4-5 cloves of minced garlic
Saute the mushrooms, onion & garlic in a large fry pan. Then add chicken to mixture and heat through.
In a large bowl mix:
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
1 8 oz sour cream
1 med size can green chilies (don't drain)
2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
12 large flour tortillas

Directions:
Directions:
Saute the mushrooms, onion & garlic in a large fry pan. Then add chicken to mixture and heat through.
In a large bowl combine: cream of chicken soup, sour cream, green chilies & cheese.
Place about 1 Tbsp of meat mixture and soup mixture inside tortilla. Roll up and repeat for all 12 tortillas. Place in greased cake pan.
Sprinkle remaining meat mixture over top of rolled tortillas. Pour soup mixture over top and bake for 45 minutes at 350º or until bubbles
