4 pork chops pounded to 1/4 inch 1 egg Ritz Crackers, crumbled 1 Tbsp olive oil 2 cans cream of chicken soup 3/4 can water
Dip chops in scrambled egg. Dredge in Ritz Cracker crumbs. Brown in electric fry pan with olive oil. Mix cream of chicken soup & water. Put over top of chops. Cover and cook at 300º for 30 - 40 minutes.
