- 100 m l / 3.5 oz olive oil
- 2 small onions, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 400 g tin crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp tomato puree
- 2 x 400 g tins butter beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp chopped dill

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the onions and garlic until soft. Add the tomatoes, tomato puree, butter beans, parsley and dill. Cook gently for 15 minutes or so, then season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve warm or at room temperature.
