1/3 c sugar
c minus 2 Tbsp water
stick butter
1 1/3 c dry milk crystals

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, water and butter in saucepan and boil. Put mixture in blender with dry milk and blend until smooth. Cool and use. Equals 1 15 oz can.
