3-4 lb roast, sliced
¾ c soy sauce (low sodium)
3 Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp liquid smoke
1 Tbsp Shillings garlic/parsley powder
¾ Tbsp pepper
1 Tbsp onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and put into an airtight container over meat. Put in refrigerator and marinate overnight. Place meat on baking sheets and place in oven at 200° for 10-12 hours, turning half way through. (Can use food dryer also)
