1/2 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 ripe bananas mashed (1 c.)
1 3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
3 T. warm water
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
spray pam or grease bread pan
preheat oven to 350 deg.

Cream shortening, sugar & eggs
add mashed bananas, warm water.
then flour, soda and vanilla
put in greased pan and cook 1 hour.

check with cake tester-to come out clean
