2 Pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jell-o
2 c. hot water
1 can frozen orange juice.
1 c. drained pineapple (save 1 c juice)
1 (11 OZ.) can drained mandarin oranges (save 1 c juice)
1 can Lemon pie filling
Cool Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jell-o and add juices from a can of pineapple and mandarin oranges. Add can frozen orange juice. Pour into dripper pan and set in refrigerator. In a blender, blend drained pineapple then add: can drained mandarin oranges and can Lemon pie filling. Pour onto set jell-o. Spread cool whip on top then sprinkle grated cheese on top.
