oranges
bananas

2 c. pineapple juice
2 T. corn starch
c. sugar
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Pour pineapple tidbits into a bowl along with the juice. Cut the peel off the oranges and cut the oranges into chunks. Add to pineapple. Add sliced bananas. If the oranges are not sweet enough, you can add a little sugar to the fruit and mix well. You can also add apples or other fruits. A fruit glaze can be added if you want. If you use the glaze, drain the juices from the fruit and use it for the glaze.

Glaze: mix all ingredients for glaze and cook over medium heat until clear and thick. Cool and pour over fruit.
