1 large head romaine lettuce, torn into bite sized pieces
1/2 head red cabbage, shredded
8 scallions, sliced diagonally
1/2 c. chow mein noodles
1 1/2 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breast, grilled and sliced
1/2 c. chopped raw almonds
Salad dressing:
1/4 c. olive oil
1/4 c. rice wine vinegar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. toasted sesame oil
1 tbsp. honey
1/4 c. vegetable stock

For salad: In a large bowl combine lettuce, cabbage, scallions, noodles and dressing. Top with chicken and almonds.
For salad dressing: In small bowl combine ingredients and mix well.
