1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. paprika
1 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 1/2 lb. tilapia fillets, cut to serving size
1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
1/4 c. finely chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first six ingredients and mix well. In another dish combine bread crumbs and nuts. Dip fish pieces in sour cream mixture, then coat evenly with the bread crumb and nut mixture. Place fish in a circular fashion in a round baking dish with the thickest part to the outside.
Cover and cook in 425 oven for 6 to 8 min. Uncover and cook for an additional 3 min. or until the fish flakes easily.
