5 sliced bacon, cooked & crumbled (save drippings)
1 med onion, chopped
2 med potatoes, peeled & diced
2 cups milk
1 c Roux
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole corn
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper




Directions:
Directions:
Put 3 Tbsp bacon drippings in pan and add onion. Cook until slightly browned. Add potatoes with enough water to cover and cook 15-20 minutes until potatoes are soft. Make roux and stir in creamed & whole corn, salt & pepper. Add to potato mixture and heat through. Add bacon pieces before serving.
