1 1/2 lb. Tilapia, flounder, grouper or orange roughy filets
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1/4 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 tbsp. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Place filets in a single layer in a lightly greased 9 x 13 in. pan. Stir together sour cream, Parmesan cheese, paprika, salt and pepper; spread mixture evenly over filets. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and drizzle with melted butter. Bake at 350 for 20 to 25 min. or until fish flakes with a fork.
