1 lb. freshly ground turkey
1/3 c. dry bread crumbs
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 large egg (Scramblers)

1 1/4 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 to 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt

Preheat grill (or broiler). In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Shape into four to five patties 1/2 inch thick.

Grill or broil about 4 minutes on each side. Brush occasionally with broth, butter or barbecue sauce while cooking.
