2 pkg. broccoli (frozen)
13 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 stick margarine

TOPPING:
2/3 stick margarine
Town House crackers

Directions:
Directions:

Boil broccoli 3-4 minutes. Drain well. Cut cheese and 1 stick margarine into chunks and mix together. Place broccoli in buttered casserole dish. Cover with cheese mixture and then with buttered crackers (use enough crackers for moist topping). Bake at 350 for 45 minutes. Serve hot.

From Ruby Bundy: Marna has taken this casserole to our Christmas Eve gathering for many years. Mamaw Bundy, Beth and Gina always enjoyed it. Actually, I'm happy to have it in the cookbook as my copy of it is one Gina wrote on a Christmas napkin.
