1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup condensed milk
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 7 oz bag of shredded coconut
1 12 oz bag of semi sweet chocolate or bark

Directions:
Directions:
Mix nuts with milk, almond extract and coconut. Press into balls and let stand until firm.

Melt chocolate chips in microwave (heat 1 minute the stir, repeat until melted. Do not allow any condensation (water drops) to get into the chocolate. Do not cover chocolate while melting. Dip coconut balls in melted chocolate and set aside to harden.
