2 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can (15 oz.) pumpkin
1 cup sugar
1 t. ground cinnamon
1 t. ground nutmeg
1/8 t. ground cloves
(if you have pumpkin pie spice, use 2 t. of it instead of the cinnamon & nutmeg)
1/2 t. salt
3/4 cup evaporated milk

Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Beat eggs lightly in a medium mixing bowl. Add pumpkin, sugar & spices. Mix thoroughly & add the evaporated milk. Blend well & pour into an unbaked deep dish pie crust. Bake 45 - 55 minutes til set. Serve with dollops of Cool Whip.
