1 & 1/2 cup oatmeal
1 & 1/2 cup brown sugar
1 & 1/2 cup white sugar
1 & 1/2 sticks of margarine
3 eggs, beaten
1 & 1/2 t. vanilla extract
2 cups self-rising flour
1 & 1/2 t. ground cinnamon
2 cups boiling water

Topping:
1/2 stick margarine
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup flaked coconut
1 cup chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Pour boiling water over oatmeal & let stand for 20 minutes. Cream margarine, brown sugar & white sugar. Mix with oatmeal mixture. Add eggs, vanilla, flour & cinnamon. Pour into a greased & floured oblong cake pan. Bake 35-40 minutes @ 350. While cake is baking make the topping. Cream margarine, brown sugar, cream, coconut & pecans. Pour the topping over the cake right when it comes out of the oven.
