1/2 c. sugar
2 T. plain flour
1 cup pineapple juice
1 egg, beaten
1 T. butter
1 cup whipping cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy saucepan. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, til smooth & thick. Cool completely, then fold in the whipped cream. Serve with fresh fruits. Keep refrigerated.
