Ingredients: 1/2 lb. pork sausage
1/2 tub chive & onion cream cheese
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Pinch of salt
12 Jalapeņos halved lengthwise, seeded and deveined (depending on how you like the heat!)
shredded sharp cheddar

Directions:
Directions:
Crumble, brown and drain meat
Combine cream cheese and Parmesan, fold in sausage. Spoon about 1 Tbsp of the mix into each jalapeņo half. Place on baking sheet and top w/ cheddar. Bake uncovered at 375 about 15-20 min or until filling is lightly browned and bubbly. Can be served with ranch dressing.
