1 stalk celery(chopped fine)
1 cup onions (chopped fine)
1/4 lb butter
1/2 cup flour
1 lb crab meat
1/2 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 lg can evaporated milk
2 egg yolks
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and celery in butter until onions are wilted-Blend flour in well with this mixture. Pour in milk gradually stirring constantly. Add egg yolks, salt, pepper and cook 5 minutes. Pour cooked sauce over crabmeat. Put in lightly buttered casserole, top with cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes.
