4 T butter or oleo
4 T all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/8 tsp dry mustard
1 1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup diced processed cheese
3 cups green beans(fresh, frozen or canned)
Parmesan cheese
Paprika
Slivered almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter, add flour, salt and mustard, cook over low heat until bubbly. Add milk slowly and cook until thick and smooth. Add cheese and stir until melted. Add beans cooked in salted water until just underdone. Pour into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole dish, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes, add almonds.
