Ingredients:  
4 medium potatoes
1 8oz carton sour cream
6 strips fried bacon
1 T margarine
3 T chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Bake potatoes until done. Slit lengthwise and scoop out the inside. Add salt, pepper and margarine and mash. Add sour cream and beat well. Add chopped bacon and parsley. Chives may be used instead of parsley. Stuff into potato shell and bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees.
